Yes. If you currently have a team in place for your event, we can work with them directly to take video and audio feeds in order to create your live stream. We provide everything to make that happen, your current supplier doesn’t need any additional hardware to work with us.
Multiple things can go into working out the cost, but as a ball park figure, our 1 day conferences usually start at £1,995+VAT.
A video player that is embedded into your website, social media, YouTube, as well as integrating with conferencing software such as Zoom or Teams.
We can provide our own internet to any venues. Many people use this option in order to have a failsafe, if the internet at a venue goes down.
We can use as many as you need, although we have found for 95% of events we cover, 3 cameras is a good amount to cover anything that is taking place.
You can. Any speakers will be given an invite link, when they join, they will be able to see the stream live, deliver their talk or presentation, and interact with others inside the venue.
